A house on a hillside on the island of Helgøya, looking out over lake Mjøsa. It is available to facilitators, therapists and circles who need a quiet, contained place to hold intimate retreats.
The space is not rented in the ordinary sense. It is co-created: you bring the work, the house holds it.

- Up to 9 people. Ideal for retreats of 2–8 participants.

- Getting here
- A rental car is recommended. Bus service to the island is very limited.
The arrangement
The Co-Creation Rate.
20% of the earnings of your event, or a minimum daily or hourly fee — whichever fits the shape of what you are holding.
The intention is simple: the house participates in the work rather than charging for the walls.

- Quiet hours
- 10pm to 7am, held by everyone in the house.
- Energetic closing
- Every stay closes with the Elemental Co-Creation Kit: seeds for the earth, water from the lake, sound or incense for the air, a candle for the fire.
